The most revolutionary tool in the market to help you manage your health.

When trying to lose weight, I try to make it as simple as possible. Here are 4 easy rules I loive by:

1. Keep a food journal of everything consumed
2. Must have a daily deficit of 1500 calories (I'll explain why 1500 in another posting soon)
3. Exercise at least 4 times each week
4. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily

Not bad, only 4 simple rules. This means I can literally eat anything I want and still lose weight.

The key to success with this is to measure calories consumed vs. calories burned. My Bodybugg does this for me. It makes weight lose easy!

Time doesn’t seem to be abundant. Everyone I know wishes that had a few extra minutes every day. For many, working out & staying fit is certainly a want, but often this is low on our priority lists.

Here are 7 tips on staying in shape when there’s no time to workout:

1) Making household chores count: Everyone has household chores to do. Make them count! Often when we clean the house, we’ll turn up some good tunes and will move as quickly as possible from one chore to another. Occasionally I’ll stop & dace with my kids. Recently my BodyBugg said I lost more than 300 calories while doing light yard work!

2) Being active while running errands: One of my favorite tips is to park in the back of parking lots and walk. Also try stairs instead of escalators. Or, don’t always go the most direct route to something in a store. The key is to take a few extra steps.

3) Multitask: Try stretching or exercising while watching TV. Practice stretching or light yoga moves while talking on the phone, listening to the news, or while dinner is cooking.

4) Change your Diet: If you’re trying to lose weight, try something else other than exercise. Cut out pop. Track your calories consumed vs. calories burned. (The BodyBugg can do this) If you’re trying to lose weight, make sure you always burn more than you consume.

5) Try a 15 minute workout. Tons of sites have some. One of my favorites is Men's Health. Here's an excellent workout they suggest.

6)Get up an hour earlier. I know this may sound crazy to you, but it just might be the best tip to finding time to exercise. Of course, you may need to go to bed a little earlier as well.

7) Find a gym with great day care. My kids love the gym we go to. They have a fun play land. In fact, my kids often ask me when we can go to the gym so they can play. This way everyone wins.

Weight Loss Made Easy!
The Bodybugg is one of the coolest fitness tools I’ve ever seen. It is a simple device you wear around your arm that among other things will track how many calories you burn versus how many you consume. It was featured on NBC's "THE BIGGEST LOSER", and the syndicated TV show "The Doctors".

It’s really easy to use.

Here are a few of its features:

  • Customizable program which automatically tracks calories burned & weight goals
  • It's easy to use! This monitor how much you exercise, manage how many calories you eat, then track if you are burning more calories that you are consuming
  • This is not a diet: - eat what you want, when you want & then workout on your own terms. This is simply a tool to keep you on track
  • Customizable for any fitness level: your program is based on your age, weight, height and personal goals.
  • Easy to get started: The first step is a free private coaching sessions with one of our certified personal trainers. Together you will put together your fitness goals and also configure the Bodybugg to your specific needs.
  • View your progress online. With the Bodybugg comes a 6 month subscription to the web based nutrition program.
  • Tons of resources: You will get nutrition suggestions, workout programs and tips designed specifically to your goals & results.
  • Track your Progress: View the number of steps taken daily, weekly and monthly, along with how many calories burned during the day (whether they are sitting, sleeping, jogging, walking, etc.)
It's worked for me. Here are a few other success stories!
